The location is beautiful and surrounded by nature: one of our highlights was watching a family of toucans right in the tree near our accommodation. ”My daughter and I enjoyed 6 nights at El Sol and felt as if we had truly discovered the “heart” of Costa Rica. The staff were friendly and there to help with anything we might need. Nature was all around us, and occasionally in the cabin with us! The property is well kept. Infinity pool and sunsets gorgeous! There is no actual restaurant on site, but they offer a delicious breakfast and dinner menu that guests can have delivered to their cabin. This was the perfect start to our first visit to...

”Rooms were clean and tidy but the kitchen was not. Coffee maker had mold, silverware and dishes were not clean, we ended up eating out instead of cooking. Pool was beautiful and clean. Property was a wonderful place to relax and explore. Proximity to town was great assuming you have transportation. Check out the garden Maze nextdoor.”

”Ingen info om noget da vi ankom. Virkede som om vi var til besvær. Vidste ikke rigtig hvem der var ansat, og hvem der var gæster. Køkkenet vi kunne tilberede vores mad i var beskidt. Madvarer hunde/katte foder og madskåle til dyr stod midt på gulvet i køkkenet Værelse var fint. Blev først gjort rent på 3. dagen da vi bad om det. ”

”No AC, not needed, well ventilated, big ceiling fan. HUGE room, saw several parrots and other beautiful tropical birds out of the window. Fantastic staff, they were able to help us clean our laundry for a very low price. Great food! Perfect for families-gorgeous little find in the mountains for the price. Very worth it. ”

”Gorgeous property with a few walking trails and complimentary access to the nature reserve where we spotted monkeys and toucans!! Room was clean and they provided a bottle of complimentary champagne for our anniversary. On site restaurant was delicious. We especially loved roasting s’mores at night.
