Located in Monteverdi Marittimo, the holiday home offers you a pleasant environment for your stay surrounded by nature. The property, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and three bathrooms (one of which is en suite), and can accommodate up to nine people. You have a private outdoor area with a pool (open from May to October), a large and picturesque garden with numerous olive trees, a covered terrace and a barbecue. Two parking spaces are available on the property, and free street parking is also available. Families with children are welcome, and up to two pets are allowed. Smoking inside the house and organizing events are not permitted.



Air conditioning is provided by portable units, available on request to reduce energy consumption. A mountain bike is available, and you can rent e-bikes in the village of Monteverdi Marittimo. The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation, with information available on site. Lighting is energy-saving, electricity is largely produced by photovoltaic panels, and hot water is generated by a heat pump. Sustainable materials have been used for insulation, and all interiors are finished with breathable lime-painted walls, without the use of chemical paints.
