”This was our second time staying at the Gould Hotel in Seneca Falls. The hotel has the funky, historical vibe we enjoy. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. We were there for three nights and there wasn't any housekeeping during our stay. We had to text the front desk staff to a personal number to alert them we needed service. The restaurant/bar area was not operating at the time of our stay. It is a great location if you are interested in the Women's Rights Convention...

”My stay was brief but”

”The room smelled like smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. The steps up to the room were slanted and damaged. The breakfast was not impressive and very minimal options.”

”We were greeted by staff that did not tell about the fact that there was no ice for any ice machines. She said “it’s supposed to get fixed but that was days ago”. That continued for our 4 day stay. When I asked for more than 2 towels, since we were staying for 4 days, I was met with- just put the used ones outside the door and then I will give you more”.”

”The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the room itself was very nice. Unfortunately, my experience at check-in wasn't the best. The front desk associate came across as dismissive, particularly when she realized our reservation had been booked through a third-party service. The way she requested an alternative form of payment felt rude and unwelcoming. Additionally, when we got to our room, there was no shower soap in the bathroom. ”Miinusta: Huoneessa oli tunkkainen haju ja parisängyssä oli mahdotonta nukkua kaksi ihmistä - jos toinen liikahtikaan, koko sänky/patja "liikkui" niin että kumpikin heräsi vuorotellen toisen liikahduksiin. Plussaa: Melko monipuolinen aamiainen ja huoneen varustelutaso (mm. jääkaappi, pakastin, silitysrauta, laaja tv-kanavatarjonta).”

”The rooms and common areas inside were clean. Outside by the pool the grass needed cut. Overall, very nice place.”

”If I could give this property zero stars, I would. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, it was clear this hotel was not being maintained to an acceptable standard. There were multiple individuals loitering outside who appeared to be engaging in suspicious activity, making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The unpleasant odor began in the lobby during check-in and became even worse throughout the property. The hallways smelled strongly of urine and feces, to the point that it burned...
