"I did stay 3 nights, during which time my room was not cleaned. Very rude personnel at reception told me that water bottles with "Enjoy" label were only for the first night and I should then buy new bottles 3.99€/pc. Hotel location is in the cul-de-sac, which means honestly 1.2km to the nearest public transportation stop (Kronenburg). Access to the bus stop in 350m is in reality 1.7km as there is no bridge over the 10m wide water element surrounding the hotel. Hotel sells taxi to city with 50€, while Uber takes about half. Therefore the lobby is full of people waititng for the Uber. I was no. 91 on the line. Hopeless, so no other choise but to walk to Kronenburg. -> no cleaning, no drinking water, poor location "

"We stayed during 22.-24.10.2025. Arrived late at 22.30 on 22nd but was greeted with warm welcome at the desk by young red haired lady, that should be rewarded by medal because of her extensively helpful customer service, as well as the manager on duty next morning (23.10.) that helped us to solve the problem with our reservation with VanGogh Museum. All other personnel were a delight to deal with as well, whether at breakfast room or at the service desk during our visit. We were very impressed and thankful for the kind humane service we received. Our room was clean with clean sheets... my only regret is that I didn't either ask or write down the names of the people on shift those days to thank them personally here, but I'm sure the establishment will know who they were by this message. Would love to visit again! Highly recommended."

"Very pleasant and comfy room with perfect location if you are going to see a show at Ziggo Dome. Bed was huge, and the room and Hotel generally stylish, clean and modern. Staff were friendly. Shortcomings: sound isolation of toilet room is poor so this might be awkward for eg couples. Shower is also a bit odd and it took a while to understand how it functions. You just have to wait to get warm enough water. Also in bed we would have preferred two blankets in stead of one huge one. The surroundings of the venue can be packed, noisy and restless when hundreds of people arrive or leave the Ziggo Dome. Finally, breakfast was 22 euros / person, which was too much so we did not take it. There’s however eg market and Starbucks nearby. I would stay here again if I went for a show ar Ziggo Dome."

"I stayed at the hotel and paid extra for breakfast. At breakfast, the omelette had mold on it and the cucumbers in the salad bar were spoiled. When I pointed this out to the staff, they said the cucumbers were completely normal and that the mold on the omelette was just red onion turning green when cooked. So, don’t buy breakfast at this hotel — it’s not worth it."
