”Lovely room overlooking the canal. Staff are great, courteous, & polite. Great selection for breakfast A very calm and tranquil setting”

”The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star . The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management. I have to say if we had been spoken too the way she addressed her staff we would have walked out . She was the only let down in the whole of the hotel . ”

”Jos À la carte olisi ollut hotellin ravintolassa se olisi lähes täydellinen hintaan nähden. Ravintola oli vain auki "ruoka-aikoina", sai vaan pientä purtavaa baarista.”

”The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though . ”

”The staff were very welcoming & friendly. The lady at reception saved me a trip to Aldi when I realised I had forgotten my toothbrush by given me a complimentary one. The only downside was the lift was out of order and my room was on the top floor. Luckily, I only had a small suitcase to carry up the 49 winding steps.”

”Lovely relaxed stay. All the staff were cheerful, helpful and courteous. Room was quiet, comfortable and perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again. ”
