”When I arrived at the hotel, he didn't have no disability where I was available so I had to go upstairs and then I was told breakfast was at 6 o'clock am and it ended up being 630am so I was not able to eat breakfast when I was time for me to eat I was disappointed”

”The room was adequate. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had. I got there at 7, 30 minutes after opening and there were just a few people there. There was no hot water for oatmeal, no milk for cereal, a tiny bit of waffle batter - I was able to make half a waffle. There were no spoons. No bead or fresh pastry, just wrapped danish. As I said, I got there early and there was still nothing to eat. SHAME ON YOU!”

It appeared there was a designated smoking area just across the parking lot where one person was smoking but apparently no one followed her lead and no one said anything about it.
