”Hotel was clean and very comfortable, but what made it shine was the front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights and every interaction with each of them was friendly, attentive, professional and supportive. Good location with shopping and food beginning a block away. Only disappointment was lack drawers. Room was plenty big enough for a chest of drawers of some kind that would have helped support our 4-night stay. Would totally stay again and recommend to friends.”

”The room was ok but they gave us a number room that did not exist. An error from the front desk. The. We had trouble using the key card. The solution offered was to play with the door until it clicked. On the other hand the valet and the hotel porter were very helpful.”

”This four bedroom row house worked well for our two families. The kitchen is well stocked and amenable. Living room/ dining room provided great space for meals and FIFA fun. One of the back burners was leaking gas and had to be shut off. Hope that’s fixed prior to next client. Upstairs shower was not working when we arrived. Fixed in two days. Downstairs /basement bed uncomfortable. There are two large paintings of nudes/ we had to hang sheets over them to protect our young children. ...

”Great hotel to stay at if planning on using the metro to get into D.C. That is really the reason we stayed here this year. The hotel is old. You can tell the lobby is nicely updated but the rooms are a completely different story. We were on the top floor and there was a larger crack in our window. The room stunk terribly (like must/rotten egg). The shower needs some work. The beds were very comfortable though! We were out of soap upon arrival and when we went back downstairs to head to town for...
