Ground floor: On the ground floor we find the living area as follows: a large and bright living room, furnished with sofas, armchairs and fireplace (decorative); a large eat-in kitchen, equipped with: 2 dining tables (for a total of 10 people), electric oven, stove, coffee machine. dishwasher and fridge. A bathroom with shower ends the floor.

First floor: The upper floor houses 4 double bedrooms, all equipped with mosquito nets and ensuite bathroom (3 with shower and 1 with whirlpool tub). Furthermore 2 of these rooms have a terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the sea.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house and garden maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (480,00€); utilities according to consumption. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500,00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (200,00€) is also requested, and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
