”Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

”Booked a king suite room and at after checking in they gave me a kind regular room, they didn't have the king suite available...yet I had a whole active reservation for that type of room. I was never contacted prior to me checking in that my room typed was not available and here are the options if you're not happy with the issue.
When I have to reach out to the front desk and tell them this is not the room i booked. It's a oversight and unprofessional.
