A staircase leads to the upper floor, offering a lovely view of the neighborhood, where you will find two double bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a washing machine.



Ideally located in the heart of the city center, the tram stop is right outside the building. The apartment is just steps from the Promenade du Peyrou and close to the magnificent Jardin des Plantes, the oldest botanical garden in France, established in 1593. A prime location for exploring the treasures of Montpellier.

Please note that Montpellier's historic center is entirely pedestrianized, which can make driving difficult. The Gambetta underground parking garage is located very close to the apartment, as well as an extensive public transportation network to facilitate all your travels.
