Welcome to our cosy 70 m² apartment, located on the first floor of a quiet and wooded residence. It is our year-round living space, which we make available from time to time – a real home, well equipped and ready to welcome you.

In addition, a sofa bed in the living room, to accommodate up to 6 people if needed

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine, various utensils and large plancha for meals on the terrace. You also have a washing machine, ideal for longer stays.

🌿 Spacious 40 m² terrace, facing south, equipped with a large dining table and a relaxation area. A real asset to enjoy the Montpellier climate!

🛍️ Ideal location:
The area is very quiet, while being a stone's throw from all amenities on foot: bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, butcher, etc.
The tram is a 6-minute walk away, and you are 15 minutes from the city center by transport. Easy access also by car. 20 minutes from the beach by car.

🚗 Free street parking, with a small residential parking lot.

🐶 Small pets allowed on request.

🎉 No parties, we ask for respect for the neighborhood.

We live here all year round, and have put a lot of care into the layout of this accommodation. We hope you feel as comfortable here as we do. Please respect the apartment as if it were your own ❤️

We ask that you return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived. A cleaning service is only available on Saturdays and Sundays, at a cost of €60, to be paid on site.
