the unit came with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. we ran out after our first day. we asked for more toilet paper six different times on two different platforms. We were gone for the day and didn't come back until midnight. They never supplied more toilet paper and we had to find some very late at night. The communication was terrible. We searched the entire unit and only found a can of comet.
The shared common area did not have spare toilet paper or paper towels or napkins available.
BUT THE WORST PART is the lack of dark curtains. It is impossible to sleep with only a sheer beige curtain that covers 3/4 of an 8 foot window. We were awake by 6 am every day. The sunlight warms the room to the point of it being unbearable to sleep in.
There is no fan, AC or working thermostat.
Save yourself the headache and spend the extra cash to stay elsewhere. You will regret choosing this location.
The shampoo and soap bottles do not contain what is stated on the label. I almost had an allergic reaction, but luckily recognized the smell of the allergen before spreading the soap all over my body.
The spare pillows had long black hair.
You can hear the other guests' conversations crystal clear.
The terrace is pointless as you cannot smoke.
Thankfully, only the hotel was the bad part of our trip. Other than this scab on Ontario st, the rest of the city is quite lovely.
