Tässä tilavassa huoneistossa voi majoittua korkeintaan 12 henkilöä: on 3 makuuhuonetta, joissa on queen-size-vuode ja toinen täysi / täysi kerrossänky. Tarjoamme myös lattiapatjan, joka mahtuu 11. ja 12. henkilöihin. Kaikki patjat meidän patjat ovat muisti vaahtomuovipatjat joten hyvä yöunet on lähes taattu. Paikka on myös 2 kylpyhuonetta joten ei pitäisi olla mitään kokoonpanot tulevat suihkuaikaa.

Kaikki kaupat ja palvelut (leipomo, supermarket, apteekki, muotiliikkeet, baarit ja ravintolat sijaitsevat kävelyetäisyydellä. Bussit ja takseja rakennuksen edessä, Mont-Royalin metro 3 min kävelymatkan päässä ja BIXI-asema (Montreal-polkupyörän vuokraus), josta pääsee lähialueen tärkeisiin kulttuurikohteisiin muutamassa minuutissa. Olet myös 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kauniilta Parc Lafontaine -aukiolta, 10 minuutin päässä vuorelta (Mont-Royal) ja 15 minuutin päässä keskustasta.

* Terassi ja BBQ on asennettu ja valmis käytettäväksi 1. toukokuuta - 30. syyskuuta. Ulkona oleva tila on edelleen käytettävissä, mutta se ei ole kunnolla asetettu.

Family Reunion

We had 9 of us staying in this terrific spot in the plateau. Lots of walks on Mont Royal Ave, Parc La Fontaine and the mountain. The patio was great and everyone was very comfortable. There was space to both be together and to have a minute to yourself. My only comment is that we needed more platters/serving bowls for meals together. Everything else in the kitchen worked out very well. Thanks for a great spot!

Spacious and centrally located

Great communication from Yann and Caroline.Close to Mont Royal metro station. Restaurants and services were close by. Kitchen well equipped.Front entrance needs a hand rail or handhold of some kind…it’s treacherous even though only 3 steps.

Family stay in Montreal

We had a great time in Montreal. The location was excellent, around the corner from the Metro station and lots of bakeries. Plenty of room in the flat for all 9 of us, and they had it stocked will all the necessities. We especially loved the patio space.

Great location and beautiful home!

We loved our time in this rental. The apartment was bright, well stocked and comfortable. Living areas were spacious, with the outdoor deck being a favorite hang out. Host supplied Kcups, cleaning items(to include laundry detergent), and plenty of towels. And location made this a very walkable vacation. Many nice restaurants nearby, and close to Metro. We would love to stay again!

Great VRBO!

Very clean apartment, comfortable beds, great location near a metro station, a wonderful place for our family to play games and socialize. One thing that was surprising to me (I probably just skipped over it in the description) was the two flight, very steep, staircase to enter the apartment. We were traveling with a group of senior citizens some of which found the stairs to be quite difficult.

Women’s getaway.

The property is just as listed and quite comfortable. Modern, airy, well-equipped, comfy beds and fantastic back deck. Unfortunately, there is a smell of stale cigarette smoke embedded in the apartment. Not sure if it’s coming through the vents but it’s there. Property manager was very responsive to this information but couldn’t assist. The Plateau/Mile End neighborhood isn’t what we hoped for. Many groups of homeless people gathered on corners.

Great apartment in the heart of Montreal

Excellent location with wonderful layout of apartment. Close to it all. Be mindful you’re in the heart of a city. Parking is tricky (go to a garage if more than one car-a bit of a walk but cheap and worth not dealing with the hassle of street parking). Stairs are steep, but thankfully only one flight. Overall fantastic location and spacious Apartment. Rooms are smaller but we fully expected them to be as it’s an apartment. Hosts are very responsive. Outdoor patio is such a great added bonus.

Clean, family friendly apartment. Great location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment was very clean and the layout is perfect for families. The kids used the room in the back and it was far away from the living room so they could sleep while we were awake without disturbing them. Noise from the above apartment was noticeable but not an issue for us - ultimately I see it as a tradeoff between more stairs to get to the top apartment but with no worry of noise above you - it depends on what matters most. The apartment is in a great location - tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were also able to get to the metro station within a ten minute walk. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We had an issue with the dryer come up and they stayed in contact with us on the status of the repair and provided us with drying racks in the meantime. We would recommend booking this apartment to friends and family in the future - the apartment definitely fit our needs for this trip.

Loved the Neighborhood

Overall is was OK. The rooms are not as big as they appear in the pictures. The front bedroom is very small and you can hear traffic all night. We were locked out of the place inconviently for a while because the batteries in the lock were bad. It was clean and the location is great but the rooms are much smaller than they appear.

well appointed

having 4 bedrooms was great to spread out, but still be together. location convenient to subway, but neighborhood a little blah. could have been the time of year. picked area for younger nephew, thinking he would like it, for walking around. house was clean and had everything you could need, except a drip coffee maker. host thoughtfully provided a basket of k-pods for the Keurig, but we are big coffee drinkers, and would have been nice to be able to have a pot going. speaking of pot, whole neighborhood smells of it, but that seemed like all of Montreal in some areas. only complaint with the vrbo, was that you can hear all the footsteps, chair moving, and loud conversation from the apartment above, through the ceiling. luckily, they seemed to have moved out after the 2nd day. also, as a warning the stairs up to the apartment are very steep if you have mobility issues. apartment though was nicely decorated and comfortable, and instructions well laid out, except got a late email from them about check out that included an instruction that was new about scanning a barcode to let them know when you had checked out. didn't see that until several days after being gone, sorry. apt did have a nice large washer/dryer set that was handy, and towels were nice and thick. have been to several vrbo's, and some seem just thrown together with mix matched supplies/dishes etc..., but this place was very nicely put together.

Wonderful Experience!

This property worked so nicely for 5 adult women- one sleeping on the top bunk of the double sized bunk beds. The use of space was well done. The finishes were very nice. We were able to cook a little, chill a lot, and easily get around the town. Lots of great shops and food within walking distance. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Check in and check out were very smooth as well. We were very happy with our stay here!
