The Space:

This spacious 1,500 sq. ft. apartment in Le Plateau is perfect for group stays, comfortably sleeping up to 15 guests across 4 bedrooms, all on the same level. With the metro just steps away and one included parking spot, you'll have both convenience and comfort in one of Montreal's most vibrant neighborhoods. There is also a twin-sized floor mattress that can be placed on top of the sofa bed (futon) for extra comfort, or in the third bedroom for an additional sleeper.

There is one straight flight of stairs to the apartment. Please be careful, especially with little ones.



The apartment is equipped with an air exchange system & AC. There is no need to open the windows.



There is no AC available during the winter months.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you'd like the place cleaned during your stay, cleaning can be arranged for a fee.



We provide some essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo. If you run out, feel free to check the closet for more of what you need. If not there, then you'll need to purchase what you need. There’s a pharmacy one block east (Jean Coutu).



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Please take note that candles, incense, or any other burnable object with flames inside the property are strictly prohibited.



House Rules:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home, and the use of recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. (There is a cigarette smoke detector in the unit)

- Perfect for bachelor/bachelorette groups! We kindly ask you to respect the other guests in the building, with no excessive noise after 10 pm. Amazing restaurants and clubs are nearby to continue your celebrations.

- In the event of excessive noise, power to the unit will be shut off.

- Please do not tamper with or disconnect any smoke detectors or noise devices.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- You might be required to provide a government ID on the day you check in.

- Pets may be allowed with a prior request; they are not allowed to climb on the chair or beds. No pet fees apply, but if additional cleaning is needed, you will be required to pay an additional fee. Aggressive or dangerous animals are not allowed.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- No shoes can be worn inside on hardwood floors.

- Guests are responsible for any fines, penalties, or consequences that result from the guest's actions or violations of the house rules.
