Fernledge | Rauhallinen 5BR Mountain Cottage | Siivous sisältyy hintaan

  • Fernledge, klassinen Montreat-mökki, tarjoaa vuoristomökin yksinkertaisen viehätysvoiman puhtaalla mökin sisustuksella. Rentoudu suurella esiportaalla tai kävele lyhyen, helpon kävelymatkan päässä Susan-järvelle. Pääkerroksessa on keittiö ja avoin ruokasali / olohuone sekä makuuhuone, jossa queen-size-vuode ja täysi kylpyamme. Toisessa kerroksessa on 4 makuuhuonetta (1 kuningatar, yksi kuningas ja 2 kaksosilla), jokaisella on oma pesuallas. Täysi kylpy sijaitsee toisen kerroksen käytävän ulkopuolella. Kodille pääsee helposti päällystetyllä ajotiellä ja autokatos, jossa on tilaa useille autoille. Koti on myös erittäin lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Robert Lake Park / Playgroundilta, josta on hieno puro, joka sopii erinomaisesti patojen rakentamiseen.
    Fernledge sijaitsee 30 minuutin päässä molempien maailmojen parhaista puolista: Montreatin vuorista ja kiireisistä puroista, joihin pääsee Ashevillessa lyhyen ajomatkan päässä.

    Huomaa: vaikka ei ole keskitettyä ilmastointilaitetta, Fernledge pysyy viileänä ympäröivän vihreyden vuoksi. Siinä on koko talon tuuletin, joka auttaa tuomaan iltaa ja aamua ilmaan. Päärakennuksen alla on myös pieni huoneisto, erillisellä sisäänkäynnillä. Joskus perheenjäsen voi käyttää erillistä huoneistoa. Jos näin on, ilmoitamme siitä päärakennuksen vuokralaiselle.

    HUOMAUTUS: Lakanoja ja pyyhkeitä EI toimiteta, mutta ne voi vuokrata GreyBeardin kautta lisämaksusta.

    Tässä kodissa on vähintään 3 yön oleskelu elokuusta toukokuuhun. Kesäkuussa ja heinäkuussa on vähintään 7 yön oleskelu.

Thanksgiving celebration

Family unanimous with loving this house and area for holiday week. Black Mountain/Montreat/Asheville resilient after storm, shops, cafes, businesses open. House is well loved and comfortable for family groups, clean as a whistle.

Cozy stay

I rented this house for my family of 5 and my mom, 2 sisters and 1 brother in law. We rented for an October wedding in Old Fort and the rehearsal dinner was in Asheville so this was the perfect in-between spot. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to lovely hiking trails. We did the lookout mountain trail vial rainbow road hike and there were amazing views from the top and we could walk to the trail head from the house!!! The house was perfect as my mom is 85 and the main floor queen bedroom with ensuite was perfect to make her very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped although we did not cook there other then breakfast. I would highly recommend this house, the large front porch was the best part of this house!!! It was cool that each bedroom upstairs had a sink in each room. This made the line for the bathroom at night non existent. Again, I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Fernledge Vacation

We enjoyed the charm of a home built in 1917 with modern conveniences. The quiet and beauty of the surroundings, front porch, wood burning stove, carport for parking and unloading and close proximity to Black Mountain were all added benefits.

Beat the heat!

We had a lovely time in this comfortable, historic home. Very quaint as well as convenient to have a sink in every bedroom despite it being only two baths and five bedroom property. No worries! Kitchen well appointed. Front porch a true magnet for our family all day and evening! Wonderful availability of a range of hikes nearby. Tennis courts at the bottom of the hill open to the public. This home has dated but comfortable, well kept furnishings.

Girls Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed the location of the property and the charm of the house. Very spacious and a lot of amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a working coffee maker. We were only there 3 nights so not a big deal. Would recommend to a large group for sure.

All the info for driving, checking in, and checking out was provided and had no problems whatsoever with the instructions given. Would like to thank Greybeard and the owners of Fernledge for making our vacation easy and convenient!

The house worked out beautifully with great dining and living space and plenty of sleeping space. Two bathrooms is a bit tight when multiple teenagers are involved, but everything worked out great. Staying in the middle of July, we made use of the many fans throughout the house, including the attic fan to keep the house cool and didn't miss the a/c at all. Thank you for a wonderful week!
