”The staff was just as disgusting as the hotel itself. No customer service at all!! I stayed there all of 1 hour while I looked for another hotel. Absolutely disgusting”

”The room had 2 TVs, however the one by the King-size bed didn't get any channels. I had to call a complaint about the TV on my cell phone, because the room phone didn't work. The lady managing or at the front desk said she would send someone up. I called 2 more times and she finally came up, however, she didn't know how to make it work. A day later, the A/C control would not cool down the room below 76 degrees, even thought I set it at 70 degrees. The front desk manager said she would send...

”I enjoyed the room, atmosphere and the staff. I will definitely be back. This hotel is a gem.”

”The hotel is under renovation which we did not know when booked. A little annoying to come into but they do have free breakfast while construction continues. The front door locks after 6 which is strange and they don’t accept certain debit cards for payments or deposits.”

”There were no glasses in the bathroom and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Upon checking they gave us a room.with gueen size bed and we had booked a king size. Front desk said oh, its late, can you keep it until tomorrow and then we will find you a king bed room because we don't have anything available as we are filled up. They did change it the next afternoon and gave us a king bed room.”

”The room was clean, and the staff was great. We were able to keep the room cool enough. The king bed room, however, was TINY. It was small for one person, but unacceptable for two people. The was only space for one piece of luggage to place off of the floor. Desktop space and bathroom countertop space were inadequate. The cubby hole to hang clothes was laughably small. If you’re traveling with more than one person, and you need to stay more than one night, I would recommend looking to another...

”I have the room 2002 and it’s so bad. There's a hole in the floor when you enter the room. The bathroom is full of mold and super dirty , terribly cleaned, and the carpet is filthy. This is not a Marriott standard cleaning. ”

”My room was so clean but the bathroom flooring could have been cleaner for sure, and the fridge froze everything and had not been cleaned out. Staff was great though and internet was fast!”

”Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there.”
