”Upon arrival I was given a room that someone was already staying in. Pretty terrifying to walk in and there be another person in there”

”Not like the pictures. Hotel needs some TLC. Very dirty in the lobby full of pool water, elevator is tore up and is old. Not in a safe area. I guess the hotel use to be a crowne plaza and Vitaly bought it but never did any updates to it. There is no front desk just ladies sitting in barstools on a laptop but still friendly. I’m sure there are far nicer hotels in Memphis.”

”No WIFI until Monday (checked in Saturday)... that's fine. We'll survive. Got ready for the pool. Opened a door to what I thought was the pool. Looked like a storage room and covers/ tarps on the ground. Turns out that was the pool. Was told the poolis closed. Front desk claimed a pipe burst a few days prior. I call BS. With the amount of stuff in that room, it looks like they purposely closed the pool down. The next morning, there was a lock and chain on that door. Rented 2 rooms. One room...

”The staff was just as disgusting as the hotel itself. No customer service at all!! I stayed there all of 1 hour while I looked for another hotel. Absolutely disgusting”

”Everything was nasty never lived like this a day of my life got bugs and everything I would rather chop my hand off then stay there again. AC doesn’t work good. Look like an abandon hospital. I wouldn’t recommend going there!!!”

”Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Room was clean. Staff were nice. Hotel is older but has been renovated. The bed was a bit more firm than I would have liked it to be. Room was very spacious.”
