”Not like the pictures. Hotel needs some TLC. Very dirty in the lobby full of pool water, elevator is tore up and is old. Not in a safe area. I guess the hotel use to be a crowne plaza and Vitaly bought it but never did any updates to it. There is no front desk just ladies sitting in barstools on a laptop but still friendly. I’m sure there are far nicer hotels in Memphis.”

”Upon arrival We were greeted with a smile at the front desk during in check in . The Clerk checked Us into room 332 on the third floor . The room, next to the EXIT Door at the rear of the building . The Room, was very Small , Motel SIZE . Interior , the King size bed consumed the majority of the room . My Wife examined the Bathroom and was concerned about Sanitary issue . She personally cleaned it and Sanitized it . I checked the bed and discovered quite a bit a human Hair between the...

Looked like a storage room and covers/ tarps on the ground. Turns out that was the pool. Was told the poolis closed. Front desk claimed a pipe burst a few days prior. I call BS. With the amount of stuff in that room, it looks like they purposely closed the pool down. The next morning, there was a lock and chain on that door. Rented 2 rooms. One room...

”Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Room was clean. Staff were nice. Hotel is older but has been renovated. The bed was a bit more firm than I would have liked it to be. Room was very spacious.”
