Unfortunately, I had to stop somewhere near Arco and made a totally wrong decision. Outside it looks OK but rooms are old and worn out. Windows broken and obviously newer cleaned. Shower cabinet drainage full of hairs, regular water running noise from the neighboring room??? Should be removed from ...

Even though it was snowing and very windy during our visit, the house was warm, cozy, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to hunker down. Amazing!!
We were pleasantly surprised with how great this place was! Right in town and next to everything. It is updated and very clean. We felt like we were staying in a nice hotel even though we were in the middle of nowhere. Definitely the place to stay if you're coming to Mackay.
