”Room was clean staff were excellent and could not have been better always friendly and willing to help. Food was excellent with good variety. Drinks on offer were varied and good sekection was on offer”

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”staying at the easy hotel was good. I was staying alone and had a double room. I opted for a window...you cannot open them. the bed was comfy...the pillows in my own opinion are not too comfy. toilet and shower was very clean. I took a travel kettle so that made my stay fine. lots of shops and food around. I paid 110£ for Monday and Tuesday so good value. it was quiet both nights ”

”We stayed for a night for a birthday celebration. On arrival, the receptionist had informed us that we received a free upgrade on our room! The room was lovely. Lovely decor, felt cosy and very comfortable. The fridge had milk in for our use and a couple of breakfast bits which were complimentary. The reception staff also informed us that we could get free bread & eggs to make in our room for breakfast, we just needed to help ourselves. The bed was also very comfortable. ”We booked last minute, for an event in leeds and it was perfect, close to where we needed to be, parking was so convenient.. staff were lovely and so helpful everything was amazing comfy beds and the shower wow 👌 Would definitely recommend ”

Favour, the receptionist generously gave me a free breakfast as me being an IHG member and celebrating my birthday 🎂 Plenty of choice for cooked and continental breakfast Steam and Sauna room are both relaxing, pool in the water could be a few degrees warmer. Comfy beds. Bathroom can do with updating. Good stay overall and would definitely come again.”
