”Wonderful neighborhood close to 24th and transportation. Had everything. Closet space is a bit awkward - they could move some stuff to supply closet. But perfect for 1-2 people. Loved the view to the garden. Chickens are quiet. Enjoyable stay. WIsh I could have stayed longer!”

”Loved staying here. Great location. Close to Muni stops. Communication with host is excellent. The garden, just outside the back door, is gorgeous and very relaxing (was a bit cold during our stay so didn't get to use it much). Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfy queen bed. Nice library available (common area, so have to share it with other guests). Decent Wifi. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.”

”My husband and I along with our grown sons enjoyed our stay in this North Beach home. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The location is only a 10 minute walk to the Fisherman's Wharf. Super convenient and with a garage it makes parking a beeeze! (As long as you don't have a big SUV). Definitely would stay here again.”

”We stayed for three nights in this lovely home. The landscaping is unbelievable and the pool, hot tub, outdoor facilities, really amazing. As a sidenote, you need to be aware that you’re truly sharing space with the owners by staying there, which was OK because she was lovely and informative. But if you’re looking for privacy, this may not be the best choice for you. Beautiful quaint house. Enjoy.”

”The room was clean and cozy, and the hotel conveniently located. I primarily used buses to get around while staying there. The location may feel sketchy to some but I felt safe–it's downtown of a major city. It's sort of a hostel setup–private rooms but you share bathrooms, considering these factors it felt a bit pricey. But I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.”

”We totally enjoyed our stay at the beach house. I loved the private sitting areas in both the front of the house to have morning coffee. And the back of the house to relax after a fun day. Loved the tall table for games! They thought if absolutely everything. Can’t thank you enough for sharing this awesome home!! Highly recommend this home!!!!”

”We rented the VRBO for about a week for the college graduation of our daughter. Location of the house is in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. House is clean and has 3 good sized bedrooms. Host response time for any email query was prompt. I would not hesitate to go back if an opportunity arose.”

”Property was beautiful and cozy! The host John was very kind and helpful! Met us the night we arrived and gave a quick tour and literally thought of everything, from toiletries, grill, coffee and just about everything you need. They also have two dogs that share the yard and were the sweetest! If we make the trip back we will definitely try and stay again.”

It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet.
