The luxury villa with swimming pool is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine,
hair-dryer, tv with satellite decoder, stereo system, mosquito nets,
kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine,
electric kettle, toaster.

The beautiful luxury villa ideal for holidays in Salento, in the authentic side of Leuca, is on two floors.
On the raised ground floor, a beautiful covered terrace with oudoor dining area and an exceptional view on the sea. The villa opens into the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Moreover, on this floor there are 1 double bedroom in the suggestive "pajara", 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the lower floor there are 2 other bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom a 1 four-bed room divided into two communicating double rooms sharing a bathroom.
The pajara is
a characteristic and circular unit made of stone, which is very cool
and it`s proof of the traditional rural architecture of Salento.
The surroundings of Villa Lodrea near Leuca
Villa Lodrea is on a small hill that arrives to the Ionian coast from Morciano di Leuca. It`s less than 500 meters away from the sea of Torre Vado, a small seaside location with the main tourist services. The city centre of Morciano is 3 kilometers away.
The villa is 7 kilometers away from Santa Maria di Leuca with
the sanctuary, the lighthouse, the beautiful eclectic villas on the
seafront promenade, the tourist harbor and the caves on the sea.
Furthermore, it`s close to the famous beaches of Pescoluse, which are 3
kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
