”Unfortunately, the blankets on the bed were extremely thin and because they had a large group of people that had checked out when we arrived, they did not have any "clean" extra blankets for the beds, so they provide us with two bedskirts, which I thought was odd. So, we had to drive to a nearby Walmart and purchase two comforters. When checking out, the staff did not appear to sympathize with the inconvenience of us having to provide our own blankets. ”

”They didn't have the room I reserve. And the TV controller volume didn't work. And the heater didn't work that good ”

”Bed sheets had blood stains? Sofa was so nasty no one would have used it. The A/C did not work, No shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap. Only one package of old coffee for two people. Water pressure was awful. Lobby was terrible, looked like it was being used asa storage unit. Management under a Rhaul Patel. ”

”I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.”

”The staff was very rude and demanded that I don’t do certain things like have company or I would be kicked out and he would keep my deposit. Even though I was hours from home and didn’t know anyone to invite over! That was very uncalled for!!!”

”there was no hot tub in this room the beds are very hard the rooms are clean and the staff is very nice but to smoke detector goes off when you smoke and smoke alarm and you have to keep the window open”

”Great If you have dogs, I had a really nice stay. Very clean and comfortable. ”

”The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom could use a little more attention to detail such as shower liner could be changed out and crevices of the tub were dirty”

”The breakfast was ok. The coffee was not the best. Although the Older ladies next to me thought it was good! :) compared it to McDonald’s. The rooms were nice and big, but had a feeling the floors could use a good cleaning. Overall no real complaints. ”
