”The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay.”

”Staff were nice, but the pool is out of order, ice machine broken, and the soda machine was broken. Breakfast was 3 types of cold cereal, a muffin or a waffle, but they were out of waffle mix. The air was off when we arrived to our room and it was HOT and smelled like wet dog. It took a couple hours to cool down and then the smell went away. The beds were hard and mine made loud squeaks every time I moved. It was clean, but I will not stay there again.”

”I ended up paying 70$ more than I had expected to pay and I’m not sure why. Also the shower wouldn’t drain because of a clog. The breakfast was amazing!! The room was very clean except for the clogged drain. The WiFi was misspelled which made me nervous to use it.”

”Would not stay here again. I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. The most concerning issue occurred when hotel staff entered my room unexpectedly while I was inside. This was a major privacy concern and significantly impacted my stay. I...

”The lady at check-in was quite surly when we arrived. The bed. I’ve laid down on softer sheets of plywood. Truly a terrible bed. There were homeless folk prowling the area a good portion of the time.”

”Clean and tidy. I don't like the fact that you have to step out of the room for maintenance instead of being able to tell them to come back later. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.”

”Gorgeous clean hotel, right near the zoo and other places. Our room was spacious and perfectly provided what we needed for a long weekend in Little Rock. Full sized fridge/freezer, microwave and sink in kitchenette, and the bathroom was spacious as well, with a walk in shower. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion were all provided and were very nice when we used them. Texts were exchanged with us to check in on us if we needed anything. Will stay again if visiting the city!”

”I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.”

”Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...
