”Plenty of room and good setup for a work trip. Close enough to downtown to make getting to convention center an easy uber or bike ride. Great backyard to chill out in. And waaaay cheaper than a downtown hotel!”

”Our stay was a short one while we were visiting our daughter who lives less than a mile away. We spent most of our time at our daughter’s house and really only slept at this property. It was very clean and well-stocked in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of a number of great eateries and small shops. ”

”We have a lovely stay here in Santa Cruz. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out - I loved that there were several comfortable couches in the house (not every house rental has those!) and a well-stocked kitchen, along with multiple TVs (which my husband and kids loved). It was in easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. If you don't like stairs, you may not like this property since it's on 3 levels, but we loved it and can see staying here again.”

”The place was cute, and nice to have space between the two rooms. It is small, but worked for our family. We had trouble with the internet mot working, but the company gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a nice stay, with and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. ”
