”After a long day of traveling and visiting San Francisco, this house was perfect to come to, relax in the living room and unwind with friends. We enjoyed the open floor plan and the spacious areas; loved the master bedroom although I would have liked a bench at end of bed or a chair to sit on to get dressed. ”We chose this home because it is centrally located between Pebble Beach and Point Reyes. We were out hiking/sightseeing etc. every day. The home was clean and a lovely little “base camp” during our stay. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by. The neighborhood was very quiet. ”The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own.”

”Stayed at this property for 10 days…needed a place with ample space to accommodate members of a bridal party, and work space to finish decorations and other wedding related projects. This house fit our needs perfectly. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable, location was ideal. Driveway had plenty of room for multiple rental cars (no need to search for street parking). Communication with property manager was prompt and clear. I highly recommend this property!”

They also expected you to use electric heaters for the remainder of the house. These units are a fire hazard and also would have blown the electric according to their handyman.
