”No problems with parking, the hotel is clean. The complimentary breakfasts is hot, and the hotel is close to the interstate. The hotel also has quiet hours so you'll have a good nights rest. Perfect place when I stay in New Orleans. ”

”Was initially a bit nervous to stay in a hotel of this style with my kiddo, however the property was clean, the gate worked and I felt safe. Rooms were clean, well stocked, shower water got hot with no problems. Plenty of parking and spaces are convenient, and I was able to park right in front of my window. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Other guests and residents were pleasant. Very affordable pricing by night and in the early check in and late checkout fees. I would recommend...

”I really enjoyed my stay-which consisted of 5 days. The rooms are roomy and clean. I felt at home with a full kitchen, comfortable living, along with a clean, comfortable bedroom. We had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast and checking in on a Wednesday they were grilling burgers. What a heartwarming welcome. We were hungry from traveling. I felt like I had just made it home. Thanks Residence Inn. I will be returning.”

”This rating is primarily based on not having WiFi or TV for the entirety of my stay. Apparently this was due to a weather event that occurred prior to my arrival. The cable company did not come out to make repairs until after I left.”

”Only stayed here 1 night because it was so close to the airport & I had to pick up my daughter first thing in the morning. The best amenity was it's proximity to Kenner Seafood restaurant, which may be the best restaurant in the New Orleans area.”

”I learned that this is a new built (a out 2 years ish) and it shows in the design and layout of this beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly and my room was the perfect amount of space that I needed to be functional And beautiful at the same time. I stayed in a king junior suite. My only feedback regarding things that could be a bit better is perhaps a few more amenities in the kitchenette, such as a blender and a keurig machine versus the small coffee maker...

”Normally, my stay has been pleasant in the past, but this time the room was not as clean due to the carpet needing cleaning. The room and linen was not as fresh as I would have like for it to have been. The entrance and lobby was presentable.”

”Joseph was great in customer services at the front desk, when you enter the hotel it’s absolutely beautiful. However, they need more help with cleaning staff. We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned on numerous occasions before they cleaned. Trash was in the drawers when we checked into the room. Pool was out of service.”

” The airport shuttle showed up at Zone B5 at the airport about 5 minutes after I got there. It was after midnight when I got to the hotel but the staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was comfy and clean. All was great.”
