”I had never heard of Newton, I was in town to visit Hickory. What a sweet surprise. Not only is this home clean, comfortable, and beautiful, but the town is in a revitalization upswing. From the rocking chair front porch, you are only about 1.5 miles from incredible Peruvian food, awesome art galleries, and shops. The Newton Greenway was a great place to take a great walk in nature. Hickory was less than 10 minutes away. The host was incredibly responsive and so gracious. I cannot recommend the...

I recommend this place for anyone who wants some R&R and/or shopping and eating in Asheville, NC. Beautiful scenery is all around. I had a great time.Sonya”

”Comfortable and welcoming home. There were many extra items in the kitchen (i.e., condiments, coffee, spices, oils and syrups). That's a huge plus to us. Very comfortable bed. Good central location to get anywhere in Hickory quickly.Nicely decorated. If we are in the area again, we will definitely look this place and owner up!”
