Mökit – Morganton

”This was a very nice, clean property and we really enjoyed our stay here. It’s also private/secluded which was another nice to have. The amenities were great inside and out, and the kids absolutely loved the outdoor slide from the main floor to below. On our particular trip (and through no fault of the owner), we had a power outage early on. It ended up being fairly brief, but it’s mentioned here because the host was very responsive, helpful, and consistently checking in to make sure things...

”Great”

”The cabin was great. Great views and very peaceful.”

”This cabin is in desperate need for pest control the carpenter bees are everywhere that was all we could hear inside was the bees. Also theres a ton of squirrels living inside of the roof that was annoying to hear constantly. The cabin itself shook while walking, it even was shaking when my husband would move in bed. That was quite alarming and brought absolutely no comfort. The hot tub was appalling beyond filthy. The rim of it was covered in either mold or serious dirt. The water was so...

”Beautiful home and amazing views; the pictures don't do it justice. This was the perfect house for our girls trip. The kitchen is well appointed (plenty of dishes, glassware, quality pots, pans, knives, baking sheets and tools) and we cooked in each night. The couches were comfy and the TV was easy to use. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds are firm but comfortable, but I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you are particular. The downstairs den and pool table was a fun...

”Our stay was excellent and met all of our hope for a large group with 4 adults and 6 kids. We would love to come back again.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was so peaceful and surrounded by beautiful trees. The outdoor fire pit was great and the hot tub worked perfectly. I was really impressed at the water pressure and temperature of the showers. Kitchen was slightly cramped with more than one person but it was well stocked with everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again!”

”This was an amazing location and home. We came as a family of four for four nights (not enough!). We had a wedding near by and decided to stay for four nights to enjoy the area. One day- we stayed on property because it was so amazing- enjoying the view and games provided by the host. The house is amazing and we all decided it will be a repeat. We are grateful for such a wonderful, clean, thoughtfully decorated home. I can only imagine how awesome it is in the fall and winter. We are so...

”We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway to relax and recharge. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!”

”We had some issues getting the hot tub to work, but the host was able to communicate with us to get it working. Overall a great property to stay at!”

”The cabin inside is everything you want it to be. The gorgeous wood, log and stone aesthetic is beautiful and I cannot say enough of how little details throughout the cabin made our stay much more pleasant. We loved the porch swing, the wrap around porch with plenty of seating and of course the hot tub. It has everything you may need to enhance your stay. Plenty of space for the whole family and the appliances are top notch. The rockers, one for everyone, around the fire pit area was gorgeous...
