Louise could not have been more helpful or accommodating, ringing in advance to ask about our breakfast requirements, coming round to turn on the heating and showing us around to cottage. I did need to ask the proprietor about UBER to Sorrento as it was the Writers Festival which I was attending and the Anzac weekend so a busy time. She offered that if I was stuck for a lift home they would help me out! Amazing and kind. Fortunately didn’t need to ask.”
