”We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.”

No where to go or sit outside at all -needs extra shelving above kitchen and hooks in kitchen area hang up mugs plates and kettle - needs extra wide shelving in bathroom to put toiletry bags and the like - needs a small vac stick on the wall for floor mess- needs shelving & large hooks to hang travel bags no room to move in 2 people - would put swing...

”Host was very good. Property was excellent. Kids loved functional cubby house with three beds. Property was clean plenty of space, beds and linen to fit total of 12. One area of improvement for dishes rather than requesting to clean,dry and put it away. It should be like stack it in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle. As it was very hectic for us to put the dishes away etc with kids.”

”Home was comfortable, made so with the dishwasher, good reverse cycle heating and smart tv, however the wooden steps at front and side had no hand rails and with the foggy mornings the steps were very slippery. Very easy to fall and fracture a hip from side steps onto concrete drive if elderly, like we both are.”

”I booked this property at quite short notice so there were not many places to choose from in the area we needed to be. I was guided by the positive reviews and the photos. What I saw when we arrived was a very rundown and neglected property. The front garden was overgrown and full of rubbish , you couldn’t make out the number on the letter box as the paint was peeling and old. Inside was slightly better but the showers were both full of mould and one had a broken shower head that had water...

”The location was excellent, although the photos gave the impression it was right on the beach, rather than nearby. Nicely equipped. Could have done with some wifi but not critical. Games room was good. Nice place. Had a great weekend”
