”The general take away was everything is either a bit or on its way to being very run down. It was all clean enough, floors, kitchen, linens, and bathrooms. But even then, visible wear and tear (visibly dirty couch, grimey tiles, and hard to close kitchen cabinets). The hot water heater, we found, was initially turned off, but even when we turned it back on, the water never really got hot in the showers. The pool, while I understand we are in the desert and exposed, seemed dirtier than we would...

”Very poor service and rude staff experience. With a multi stay with family, no room service, despite having informed to do so ( which ideally shouldnt be required, having the tag placed on door to service). Microwave does not work, fridge does not work.No promised amenities are functional. Carpet was dirty with visible big stains, likely uncleaned. Overall not a great experience and specially dont recommend anyone with family to consider it for a stay. Lot of other options available in heart...

”We were just passing through and stayed for one night. The staff was very friendly, and although the hotel and rooms were a bit dated, everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
