”Look, don't get me wrong, it's not terrible by any means. It's just that for a hotel that's trying to play at this level, it struggles with some of the basics. If you're having a short stay there's no housekeeping by default, (which they don't tell you when you arrive) but there's only a small (non-heated) towel rail, so you're going to have soggy towels on day 2. Yes, there was a (small) sign in reception saying this, but it's the kind of thing it would be good for the receptionist to...

”The hotel was very nice only a few things I would say they should tell you when checking in that they have maintenance work going on . Also they leave say if you want your room cleaned you should leave a note on your door by 11pm which is could yet not putting a note on the door they still came in your room and took the key out of the room which I find annoying”

”Hotel was modern, clean with excellent facilities.
Just a couple of pointers.
The two rooms our family occupied had not main lights and one had a lamp and the other didn't. Other internal phone didn't work for room service so used hotel's internal WhatsApp to order.
Breakfast was excellent and catered for all diets (including vegan and vegetarian).”
