”This place is awesome! We stayed for 4 nights and we could have stayed forever. The property and rooms are fantastic. My wife and I walked the gardens for hours every day. It's such a peaceful break. The rooms have excellent AC, beautiful views, and everything was so clean. I don't normally write reviews but the Inn at Middleton Place deserves it. You can clearly see the effort they put in to every aspect of the stay. The fact that you get free passes to the gardens is such a good deal...

”The amenities at the property are amazing, multiple pools, beach area, ocean front with great places for relaxing, walkable pier and Mariana with Harbor, Bridge, and Charleston views that are so beautiful they seem unreal. On the downside, this is more of an upscale property that needs TLC, cob webs in the ceiling fan over the bed, towels look dingy, walls, doors and trim need to be repainted and everything needs to be refreshed (room 440). ”Check in was super easy. Loved that I was sent a door code and never had to go to the front desk for initial check in. We were also sent daily updates about events around the property. Bonus: an amazing coffee shop on the first floor of the motel. Lived the vibe, would come back here!”

”This property was totally unsatisfactory. We were given a room that had known problems with main lock. Front desk staff had us change rooms. We walked into the second room. My wife didn't even want to put her suitcase on the bed. It was dirty, A/C was broken, TV didn't work, 1/2-inch gap under the door for bugs to come into the room. When I talked to management they acted like they didn't care. We decided to leave within the hour of arriving.”

”Attitude was a real deal breaker for us. After arriving to our room we discovered the lights were out for 3/4 of the room - particularly troublesome for the bathroom. Went to front desk and waited about 20 min for someone to come and check out what we assumed to be a fuse issue. Another 20 min and problem is not resolved. Go to the desk to get an update and Miss Attitude is very sassy despite the patience and respect we afforded her. We had been on the beach all day and wanted to shower and head...
