”Property showing signs of age. Cracked but functional sink, caulking needs attention, etc.”

”The room was clean enough, but the ac did not work properly. It wasn’t able to be adjusted from our room. The bed was awful. Way too soft to be comfortable and it sank in the middle. Our room adjoined another that had kids in it and was right across from the elevator. I will not recommend this hotel or stay here again.”

”The Inn is quite lovely. The architecture and layout of the buildings is ideal for each room. Every room has a view. The room design and furniture are very pleasing. We enjoyed everything on the property including the restaurant and lodge. We plan to return next year when the camellias are in full bloom.”

”I loved the old school vibe with the urban style incorporated into it. I think they did well captivating the original 1960’s feeling while also being very up to date. The vibe quite honestly reminded me of the old TV show, the Jetsons(unfortunately there are no flying cars). On top of the wonderful service and nice clean vibe, they were also one of the best options in the area in terms of cost. I really enjoyed myself and will definitely be staying here again when I find myself in the area.”

”Beautiful resort, highly recommend. I took my daughter for a girls weekend, we had a great time. Easy shuttle into downtown. Very quiet and peaceful.”

”Frühstück eher US Standard, nichts besonderes. Klimaanlage sehr laut, kann nur durch trennen des Netzsteckers ganz zum schweigen gebracht werden. Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug ist sehr laut. Sonst ruhige Lage des Hotels. Bett war bequem. Zimmer könnte ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen und generell eine Frischzellenkur vertragen. Insgesamt aber sauber und großzügig.”

”Absolute garbage. It is NOTHING like the pictures on their website and is a total bait and switch hotel. Front door lock was held on by a single screw so we blocked the door with a chair since the lock didn't seem effective. Couldn't use the blow dryer in the bathroom b/c the handle was sticky with something. The list goes on. I'd have understood if not for the fact that the pictures online are completely deceptive. Our room looked nothing at all like the pictures. Very, very disappointed and I...

”This is the third time we have stayed here to start an annual vacation in the Charleston area. The hotel was great on our first stay and still is. Our room had a slick design and was very comfortable. The hotel’s location is convenient for eating and shopping in Mount Pleasant, but also allows easy access to Charleston by car. It is also fairly priced.”

”Stayed here 2 nights and we were extremely happy with it from all aspects, from checking in, cleanliness of the hotel/room, spaciousness of the room with additional chairs to sit on, TV supported 100 channels which all worked at no additional charge. Pool area was clean with ample seating to enjoy soaking up the sun. Machines in the laundry area down the hall were fairly new and clean to utilize if needed. Location of the hotel is 12 minutes from Charleston historic district which was easy drive...

”This is the second time we have stayed at a Drury and I can say that I will now always look to see if Drury is an option where I am going. Love the amenities and the hotels are always nice and the rooms a great size. ”

”Older, not updated, not very clean, was not told upfront that I would be charged daily on my credit card on file for resort fees and destination charges and taxes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beach view was very nice however, the balcony was very small and there was no seating to enjoy the view.”

”Ok place to stay. Coffee makers not working at breakfast one day. Hotel is a little dated imo. The Expedia rating is not accurate. It is ok to good hotel. Not bad, not great.”

”The room was wet/ humid, the bed was damp. You couldn't open the slider door. The room wasn't the cleanest and was in poor condition. Rust, mold, and fake eye lashes in the bathroom/on the sink. Im confused about the 8 out of 10. The staff was great.”

”Was okay, feel there are much better spots to stay at. Location was great though but expected more for the price. Premium king room was extremely small. Do not get a room on the 4th floor, it is a nightmare to go to your room as the main elevator only goes to the 3rd floor than you have to walk the long hallways to go to another elevator to get to the 4th floor. Staff was friendly though ”

”Parking was easy. Get a pass from the desk. If not, you get towed. Rooms are ok. Floor was dirty, wore flip-flops anytime I had to get up. Air conditioner was great. Nice to view boats and people on the river. Walked to restaurants both sides of Creek.”

”Staff at breakfast did not speak English. Breakfast cost $15 per person. So i had to pay $30 for grandsons to eat a bowl of cereal. Breakfast was not served. You had to get it. It was cold. Not a big selection. Most crucial thing is always have staff that speaks English. The maid also spoke no English.”
