The Burton Hotel and Cloud Nine
Disappointed that the leasure center and pool were undergoing renovation and we had not been informed of this at the booking stage. We should have been informed by the hotel or Expedia. What compensation will there be for this disappoint.

Victory Apartment
Oth0er than an issue with the lights that the management were more than happy to deal with, the apartment was excellent, very well appointed and scrupulously clean. Very comfortable and would stay there again. Brilliantly positioned close to the Wye, ice cream van, coffee shop, playing fields, Cathedral ...

Lovely property! Good communication with host. Lots of supplies! Please ask for directions for parking in the back; neighbors blocked parking in the front in such a way that it was almost impossible to maneuver into the spot. Note also that it does NOT have a clothes dryer.
