”I’m going to be honest, the property is a slob, rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and were not clean. The room was rented for 4 people and they only provided 2 towels to shower with. The room was listed as “comes with mini fridge”. No mini fridge was in the room. Another bad thing about it that annoyed me was that I booked this INN due to it stating that it had free shuttle bus that takes you too and from the airport. ”The room has a kitchenette and there wasn't one piece of glassware or silverware in the room. I couldn't even take my pills because the kitchen was empty. I understand you can buy supplies for the kitchenette at the front desk but I have stayed in many suites with kitchenettes and find it ridiculous it isn't even stocked with drinkware. Who brings silverware and pots and pans on vacation? We weren't told at the front desk that the kitchen is empty so we had no idea we would encounter this or...

”When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.”
