”Great place. Pool and hot tub were super clean. Only issue with our room lock. The battery died and it took a while to resolve and we got locked out. But would definitely stay there again.”

”We got the upgrade bid for a two bedroom. All good! Place is nice, nice towels. Breakfast is nice, with many options in the buffet. Reception area was crowded during check-in and service at the pizzeria sucked big time. Had to beg to receive some attention. Aside from that, great option for winter!!”

”The hotel is dated, but they have a great team working to compensate for the "dated" look of the hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the food was amazing. The restaurant staff also surprised us. The veggies were blanched, and the special steak garlic/rosemary butter was a nice touch. Service at the restaurant was like family. Location to Camelback? the best. You could walk, if needed, to the resort. ”

”The private hot tub and pool in our room was perfect! The game room (once you know the back entrance) was a great place to bowl. Dinner was not 5 stars, but the buffet was good and breakfast was quite good.”

”The lady that prepares breakfast starts early for construction workers like me so that we get breakfast before we leave. Best Western should review their hours of operation so that breakfast can officially start early. They should also recognize that lady for seeing a problem and fixing it. ”
