”This was a mixed bag. Bed and bathroom were clean except for some corners, bed very comfortable, heating/AC worked fine and was quiet, room clean. Some of the trim, carpeting needed repair. Decor was non-existent, beige blah throughout, no pictures. Fridge freezer had no door and needed to be defrosted. Trash was in halls and outside door, needed vacuuming.
