”I arrived, the link didn’t work to register, so that I could get a copy of the entrance info with code to the unit. Address brought me to the back of the property. I messaged the host that I could not enter, they didn’t respond in a timely manner, so I couldn’t get in to the unit. I ended up booking another hotel bc I didn’t hear back and didn’t want my son and I to be stranded in Moscow. I’d like a refund!”

”Checked in late and had to wait to find someone to check us in. Floors made lots of noise and we woke up the people below us just walking from bathroom to bed. Bed was broken and made sleeping impossible. Free breakfast was nothing and we had to go find food at another establishment.”
