”Kathy and Jennifer were very responsive to all my communications and solved any issues that came up. The living spaces and outdoor space were comfortable and spacious. The hot tub was easy to use and very peaceful. There is good food nearby as well as an abundance natural beauty. It’s an easy drive to San Francisco the airport and the beautiful coastal communities. ”

”Very cute home in a great location. It’s only about a 5-block walk to the pier, with a beautiful view and deck from the upstairs bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet but still walkable to bars and coffee shops. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortably fit our family. The kitchen was excellent (we cook a lot), and the TV, internet, and washer/dryer all worked well. We also had no parking issues.We did have a couple of hiccups. ”We liked the look of the farmhouse, and saw it from a mile away on our drive in from Highway 1. Easy to find ! Easy to get in. The old house is very friendly. Enjoyed the "history" feel. Really liked walking around the yard, seeing all the great trees and bushes and flowers someone planted and took great care of. Didn't miss the TV either ! My daughter who was working in Big Sur loved staying upstairs, like her own little apartment. Very relaxing place to get away from things.”

”I would not rent this place if you have a family. He charged extra a week after our stay for additional cleaning. There are blankets covering older, dark colored dated couches. The flooring is not even with a huge dip near the sliding glass doors. When I tried to inquire as to why we were being charged, he was unprofessional and I was taken aback by his responses. We will not stay here again.”
