”We liked the availability of a pool and gym. The only real disappointment was lack of attention to maintenance hygiene in bathroom. Extract fan blocked with dust.

”The staff were friendly but very green, during an evening meal and breakfast we had to ask several times for things like water, coffee and toast and some of these things didn't arrive at all. They are pleasant but need more training on staying on top of orders and clearing the tables.
Breakfast is strange with you being charged £17 to have access to the continental and light breakfast menu, and then you having to pay an extra £5 for more premium items like a full English. Why not just say it...

”Slightly more outdated than shown in the pics, food very limited and expensive. Room was very basic, no air con, no bottled water as described. Jacuzzi bath not working. Balcony very uninviting with no view. The pool was lovely but busy.”

”Sviitti oli riittävän iso perheelle, mutta koko rakennus olisi remontin tarpeessa. Huoneessa oli kylmä, hanasta tuli vain kylmää vettä ja suihkusta vuorotellen kylmää ja kuumaa. Pyyhkeitä ei saanut tarpeeksi pyytämälläkään.”

”The hotel is nice. The hotel pub is the same. And the staff is polite. The coffee machine DID NOT WORK in the room. You couldn’t even put the mug (from the hotel room not my personal one) to pour coffee in it because it is too big. In the room there are no sockets. I wanted to charge my laptop and other devices, I didn’t have where. There are two “sockets” on one side and the other of the bed STRICTLY for phone cables. Meaning you insert the cable directly.
