”The rooms were dirty, sheets, bathrooms and carpet, I changed rooms 3 times and they all had stained sheets and hair, the elevator was not working, the reception staff is not permanent, I waited more than 5 minutes after making multiple calls, the breakfast was very simple, I am a frequent traveler in the area and I have found better hotels for the same price range.”

”They gave me a storage room. And I still have not got my refund back from this hotel. I couldn’t even stay at the location because it was in a dangerous area. The staffing was horrible and he did not help the situation at all”

Multiple issues in our room that were major inconveniences (e.g., the window wouldn't shut all the way and it was below freezing out, the pull-out couch was broken, so one of our kids didn't have a bed to sleep in). The front desk staff said they would have maintenance come by, but they never did. ”

”Our room was close to the lobby and at about 10:00 PM we could hear a loud male voice. After about an hour, we called the front desk and said we heard loud talking and the man who answered was clearly the person we could hear, said he was checking in someone and hung up. He could still be heard until about 2:00 AM. We could also here music playing and other voices.”

”Our front desk person was awesome at check in. Lobby was clean and inviting. Room was spacious and clean. And i do mean CLEAN. The shower and bath products were higher quality and gentle. Big shower with awesome water pressure. ”
