”Nice and cosy inn at a very calm area. We made the booking just minutes before but it was no problem. A warm welcome and delicious dinner. Extra points for using such local ingredients. Also a well equipped bar with a relaxed atmosphere. Room was clean and had all the needed. Maybe a bit worn out and the bed was quite squeeky. However we had a good night sleep. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Especially great was the possibility for glutenfree breakfast. We would definately stay here...

”Lovely old pub in beautiful Faversham with a description of its history in the room. No noise from the pub in the room. Room beautifully appointed. Good local tea & coffee pods. Good shower in spacious bathroom. Comfy bed. Beautiful high quality curtains. Excellent breakfast including perfectly poached eggs. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere in pub in the evening. All ages.”

”Great and quiet location. Excellent facilities with a kitchen and a living room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The stairs were steep and narrow, which was a bit of a challenge with big and heavy luggage. It was also a surprise that the private bathroom was two floors down from the bedroom. Delicious breakfast was served in the nearby cafeteria. Definitely worth the price.”

I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room...
