Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. ”We had two rooms under two names. But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. One confirmation number should have showed two rooms with different names We almost ”

”Nothing wrong with hotel, except we were needing to make coffee in our room before our 3am Shuttle pick up. The coffee filter cartridge was the incorrect size for the machine in our room so we were not able to use it. Disappointed not to have our coffee to go, especially as the lobby did not start the morning coffee service until 6am. Other than that all was good. Nice, bright and clean, very friendly staff. ”

”The pictures and reviews make this place look way better than reality. This is a seedy hotel that I wouldn’t have taken my daughter to if the reviews were accurate. We were chased to our room my teenage boys wanting to talk to my daughter. They kept knocking, but stopped after 10-15 minutes. We didn’t feel safe and figured the front desk wouldn’t so anything. We only stayed one night. The room was dirty in general - my sock kept sticking to the floor. I found ants in the bed. I highly...

”A very good hotel in central location. Great front desk service. Beds were a bit too soft for my taste but that’s basically the only downside, everything else was close to perfect. Within walking distance from everything! Recommend!”

”Hotel was generally clean but the entire place smelled like weed and was worse when the air conditioning kicked on. Toilet didn't flush property and cleaning staff was very loud in the hallways and nearby rooms until 9:00pm. Close to airport with shuttle and ok breakfast. ”
