”Thanks for the stay. New ownership transition takes time and I found the experience not well.
The property has potential, though maintenance updates to increase guest experience would help. However, the laundry was not operational, TV reception weak, the shower quite lukewarm and a water heater would be helpful here. Free parking 🅿️ is a bonus.”

”Stayed couple nights before a flight and if you do have a flight from Adelaide in early morning, this is the perfect place as it takes two minutes to walk from the hotel to the terminal. Staff is super friendly and helpful and you also have an option to check in / out yourself with the automated kiosk. For breakfast I suggest to eat at the airport as the selection is not too massive and many things are finished all the time and you need to ask yourself to refill them.”

”This used to be the Hilton and has had a facelift and rebrand. Unfortunately, it seems all the work has been put into the reception and foyer. The rooms are tired and old looking. Bathroom needed a good scrub and exhaust fan fixed to actually work. QR code for from service wouldn't accept any payment so had to call through anyway. King room was 2 twin beds, which is common, but in this case the beds just kept separating causing a noticeable gap in the middle which was uncomfortable.”
