”The pool was nice and clean, the rest of the property not so much. The ice bucket still had a bag with melted ice in it. There were hairs (wasn’t ours) in the bathroom. The room smelled like they just sprayed it for critters.”

”The staff was exceptional. They were doing the best they could to keep up. Hotel was near sold out and it was obviously understaffed.
Grime everywhere, crumbs in carpet, broken floor tiles in bathroom, large stains on furniture and bedding. We moved a chair to play cards and there were hair products under it that had definitely been there for months, given all of the dust/hair/dirt on them.
There were teenage girls (approximately 14-15 years old) working... running towels and blankets to...

”The bed was comfy, that was about it, had a funky smell when we walked in the lobby. The room had a smell but not as bad as the lobby. Needs a major renovation, and they need to spend some more time cleaning.”
