overall, it was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. Housekeeping is very accommodating. The HVAC system is a little sketchy though. We had a regular room and a handicap room. The regular room would not switch from AC to heat so i just left it off since it wasn't very cold. The handicap room would switch back and forth from heat to AC and not hold a consistent set temperature. it was set on 75 but would switch to 72. I was given some complicated explanation for it. I was offered a heater and a technician to come and look at it. Unfortunately, space heaters aren't permitted as they can be a fire hazard so I don't know why he offered it. They did address the heating issue however and we never had another problem.
The layout design for the location of handicap rooms is interesting. They are all the way at the far end of the hallway when you get off of one of the elevators and if you use the elevator that lets you off right at the rooms, you still have to go all the way to the far end of the hallway. So if difficulty in walking is your handicap, bring a wheelchair or you're screwed!
Once you get into the handicap room, it gets interesting as well. The light switch to the bathroom is located next to the room door, not in or near the bathroom, but behind the bathroom door it when it's open. The toilet isn't a high one so there's difficulty in getting off of the commode, And there's a regular bathtub/shower instead of a walk-in shower so bathing was out!
