Just a few minor items to give a heads up on, it’s a busy location so as others have noted it’s noisy in the front bedroom, there isn’t a dining table (note they do not list that there is, so not a knock on the listing) again just a heads up and lastly if you have a very large SUV give the host a heads up as the spot in...

”Liked the quick walk to King Street. Kitchen was set up very nice. Laundry was right there and easy to throw a quick wash in. I didn't realize there was no dishwasher, but we out the majority of the time and didn't need it. The clawfoot bath tub was cool, but a little harder to get in an out if your older. Overall, great stay. Perfect for our small group.”

”Wonderful stay! We were in town as our daughter was checking out the College of Charleston and we decided to spend a few days. We had four adults and two teens and we all had plenty of room. Bonus was the three full bathrooms! The place was exactly what was advertised. Communication between management was excellent. Bonus was two parking spots and the convenience to King Street. ”

”This was a lovely old house, with a few of the issues that old houses have. It was very clean and comfortably furnished with modern appliances. But like all old houses, the steps lean a bit and the floor and the deck are not perfectly flat. But it was a great neighborhood close to dozens of restaurants and shops. And the beds were comfortable.”

”Perfect location for beach access and walkable to many restaurants and bars. A small grocery store is 1-2 easy blocks away. Inside the condo the king sized bed was comfortable and the host provided everything we needed for a stress free stay. This rental is perfect for an easy beach getaway. We will be back for another stay. ”
