”The room had peeling paint around the AC unit..peeling paint in the bathroom. We did meet an overdressed lady on our way to our room on the 2nd floor who asked us what state she was in. Obviously she was in the state of confusion. ”

”Everything was adequate…but I wouldn’t call it “chic”. Bed was comfortable, the place was basically clean, but the surfaces are dingy, countertops splitting. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy late night and early morning. There was a washer and dryer, but no detergent which made it unfunctional unless you went and bought a regular sized detergent for one load. What a waste! I expected more, albeit functional.”

”Oh my gosh where do I start! What a sweet little house. Appointed with everything you need and a wonderful location for running, walking, little shops and close to all that Charlotte has to offer. Ben and Susan are attentive. We will be back! ”
