"The employees at this hotel are wonderful!! This my third stay in 7 months. They remember me, we chat when they aren't busy, they are so helpful and willing to make my stay the best. The hotel needs an upgrade but it is always clean. I will always stay there because of their staff."

Nice overall stay
"Home is older in an established neighborhood. Home is comfortable. Wi-Fi dropped frequently while we were there. Location is walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. Very near the walking trail. Area was quiet and felt safe. Would stay again."

"This was a great place for us to stay in the Charlotte area and was a good value. It was clean enough ... though we did need to clean sticky areas off the floor, and wash a glass from the cabinet with greasy fingerprints and food residue on it.
