”Large 3 story facility which is separated by the indoor pool. As such, parking close to a particular room is difficult, made even more difficult with one of the 3 elevators out-of-order. Ice machine near first floor front office was out of order, with only one other first floor ice machine, with no ice machine on the second floor. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was the typical hotel assortment, nothing special. Close to most of Keystone City, Mt. Rushmore & Custer State Park.”

”The front staff was super nice. The location is great. My only real "complaint" is that the hotel is very dated. I know that isn't really anyones fault and doesn't reflect on the current staff. It just could really use a remodel.”

”We found this place quite good for our needs. It was a decent budget hotel with the added benefit of a basic breakfast available, which is rare these days in budget accommodation. The staff were very helpful, and the location is just within walking distance of town, though better off driving. We would be happy to stay here again.”

”The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was in a great location. The breakfast was lame. There was packaged muffins, bread and a do-it-yourself waffle maker. No fruit or other varieties. No juice, only coffee or tea. We stayed 3 nights. There was no room service the until the second day when the trash was dumped, the towels picked up and the bed made.”

”Room was like brand new. Everything looked new and worked like new. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating for our special needs. I can’t say enough about how much better they made our trip. Location was convenient and close to everything. Bed was good and we had a great stay there.”

”Cute motel in a great location! Most attractions and hikes that interested us were within 30 minutes. Pool was too cold but should warm throughout summer. We spent 6 nights and wished we had a better room. Our window was small and blocked by a stairwell making it very dark and no view. Also, as people began to check in for the evening the steps were very noisy as they went back and forth unloading vehicles. I would stay here again but pay better attention to room selection. I want to have some...
