”Carlos, was amazing! You could smell the food from the restaurant Wild Sage. Beautiful room, amazing shower. Beautiful view of the Moutains. I recomend eating at the wild Sage just a few steps behind the hotel. Food was amazing. The only complaint I have is it was very cold and the door leading to outside had a large gap. It was hard to warm the room . we would definitely stay again. Carlos, made are stay awesome.”

”One for the books for sure. We had booked several nights for our trip in South Dakota. My grandpa had passed away we were there for a funeral and had to bring the kids… so we booked for the pool and it was close to family…. Well we get there and the front desk gal was complaining that she was ready to go home and was going home after checking us in. I asked if we could book additional nights as things came up and family needed us to stay longer. She said no do it on Expedia wouldn’t even check...

”The front desk person was so friendly, polite. Answered all my questions. The room was dirty, the bathroom mirror was filthy. I thought it may be stained so I grabbed a tissue to wipe it and the dirt came off. The front staff was so kind saying there was breakfast and to please help myself but I could not eat the were knowing how dirty the bathroom was. ”

”Half or more of the motel is under severe renovation. At check in my original room was incredibly dirty, the man at the desk was quick to get me reassigned to a “cleaner” room. While joining for breakfast, I was greeted by a cockroach. When I raised my concern with the front desk lady, she told me not to worry as they wipe down before putting out the food and didn’t think the cockroach being with the unwrapped muffins to be a problem. I wasn’t even aware cockroaches were an issue in this area,...
